Welcome to your new cleaning schedule

Professional Window Cleaning

No matter what schedule you’ve chosen, here’s what you can expect:

  • The day before your clean, we’ll send a text message to confirm our visit.

  • If you ’ re not home, just leave the back gate unlocked, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Before the Clean:

Make sure your windows are accessible, and if there are any special instructions, let us know in advance.

After the Clean:

  • Once we’ve completed the job, an invoice will be generated and sent via text or email.

  • If you ’ re home, we’ll knock to let you know we’ve finished. If not, the invoice serves as confirmation.

Your customer portal and payments

One of the first things you’ll want to do is to register for our Customer Portal:

This provides lots of information for you on your account including all financial information, dates of past and future cleans and all messages between us.

You can access the portal by visiting the link above and signing up using your customer reference number and a password you’ll remember.

You’ll find your customer reference number on all quotes and invoices from us.

How to Pay

  • Direct Debit (GoCardless) – The easiest and most hassle-free method. Payment is automatically processed within 3-5 days after your clean.

  • Card Payments – Available through Stripe, payable directly from invoices or through the customer portal. Bank Transfer – If you prefer to pay manually, our bank details will be on your invoice.

    💡 Please note: All cleans must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date.

How do we clean your windows?

We use a water-fed pole system, allowing us to:

✔ Work safely from the ground

✔ Reach high and awkward windows

✔ Leave your windows cleaner for longer (no soapy residue!)

✔ Prevent damage to window sills and roof tiles

By using our service you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions of business.

Quoting

1 - For every quotation completed we will send you an electronic quote with the total price quoted along with a breakdown of the services requested within 24 hours, via email or text message for your to review. All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated on the quote.

Window Cleaning

2.1 - On all window cleans we use pure water which is effective at removing general dirt from your windows and frames, if you have sticker residue, plaster or paint this will not be removed.

2.2 - If you have any broken / cracked panes of glass we will not clean them, we will inform you either face to face if you are home or via electronic communication that we have not cleaned the particular window.

2.3 - On all First Window Cleans we apply an additional charge to cover the extra time and pure water required to clean your property to our high standards. The charge varies depending on the property size and will explained at the quoting appointment.

2.4 - We will clean your windows on your agreed regular schedule of 8 weeks.

2.5 - We will always try to be reliable as we can for our customers and appreciate our customers being reliable for us.

2.6 - If you are not happy with the standard of the work carried out, you must inform us within 24 hours and we will come back to re-clean the area concerned.

2.7 - We will notify you when the next clean is due the day before via electronic communication (text/email)

2.8 - On the day of your arranged clean, gates must be left unlocked. If they are not, we will clean the windows we can access and the full amount will be charged.

Payment Terms

3.1 - We accept Cash, Credit or Debit Card Payments but our preferred payment method is Via GoCardless Direct Debit.

3.2 - Full payment is due within 14 days upon completion of the agreed service, unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations

4.1 - If you would like to cancel your agreed regular service, please notify us via email on support@ashswindowcleaningwindowsgleaming.co.uk with a minimum of 30 days notice.

4.2 - We would request that if for whatever reason you cancel or we cannot gain entry to your property on the day, we reserve the right to charge you the full amount.

4.3 - By using our services you agree to a minimum of 3 cleans. If cancelling before 3 cleans have taken place the remaining cleans will be payable.

Photography and Filming Disclaimer

Please note that we may take photographs / film while we carry out work. These will be used for marketing and PR purposes in our own publications, website, social media channels or in any third party publication.
