How to Join Our Round

Fill in the form below and click Join Round at the bottom. Your request will be sent over to us and your account will be set up by our business support admin.

Once your account has been set up, you will be placed onto a round for the best route to keep our prices low.

You will receive a booking confirmation text when we are next due in the area and which round we have put you on. We will also ask how you would like to make payment, Via Direct debit, Card online, Bank transfer or cash on the day on site.

You can message us back if you would like your first clean done earlier, if we can squeeze you in. We can't give exact times of arrival as this depends on traffic and weather. You will receive reminder on the Sunday afternoon on the date we are due to clean your windows in that week and a day before text reminder so you know we are due to clean your windows the following day.

You can cancel your regular window cleaning service anytime by emailing or texting us on the number you will be provided for communication when you join the round. Please try to let us know at least 7 days before your clean so we can refill your space.

If you have any animals please clean and clear your gardens for staff as we can’t let any animal poo go onto the equipment for Health and Safety reasons, If we can’t get to your windows due to animal poo in the garden you will be charged the full amount.
